Rynkeby Maskinfabrik has a flat organization where every employee plays an important part. This means that everyone can talk to each other and everyone has the opportunity to contribute. This results in employees who approach their tasks with great interest. At the same time, it creates a good basis for professional development and sparring. We are always open to requests for further training. This is an essential aspect of having happy employees, but also of keeping up with technological developments and delivering high-quality solutions.
We are proud of having employees with +40 and +50 years’ seniority and many with 25 years’ seniority. It proves to us that what we say about our workplace is not just words, but in fact reality.
We have an active staff association that supports the social life among our employess. Throughout the year, the staff association organizes social events where we can enjoy ourselves and strengthen the personal bonds in other ways than through everyday work tasks.

our contribution and our gain
Apprentices are an important part of the organization at Rynkeby Maskinfabrik – it is confirmed by the factthat over the years we have trained over 175 apprentices.. We aim for approximately 10% of our employees to be apprentices
We prioritize the training of our apprentices and see it as our contribution to passing on good craftsmanship in the industry. Ultimately, it will also be a win for us, as we will later have the opportunity to hire employees we know are well trained.
As an apprentice at Rynkeby Maskinfabrik, you learn the craft from scratch. You start at the conventional machines, where we have the time and opportunity to give a thorough training and understanding of the craft. This provides an indispensable ballast when working with the new high-tech equipment later in the program. Having a thorough knowledge of the craft is one of the foundations for innovative thinking and development processes later on.
One day a week, a former employee and teacher helps our apprentices both technically as well asguides them regarding attitudes and desired behavior in the business.This means that they are taken care of and will be provided with a solid foundation for professional and human development.
