We specialize in assembling machining strategies and clamping techniques and have in-depth knowledge of tool selection. This means that we efficiently process even difficult materials with high tolerance and finish requirements.
That’s why we are one of Scandinavia’s largest consumers of Duplex material grades from rod.
We operate from Sunday afternoon to midnight on Friday, which enables us to deliver even complex orders quickly, flexibly, and with proven high quality.

The majority of our assignments therefore start in close collaboration between our employees and the customer, where we discuss drawings and possible solutions in order to find the best solution for the customer’s business. Developed systems and processes
Our production planner continuously manages over 1000 ongoing processes in our fully integrated planning program and, together with our order coordinator, provides reliable delivery dates to customers. We aim to deliver at least 95% of our orders on time, a goal we usually achieve.
Our flat organizational structure and open dialogue within the company really pay off when we plan and produce customer orders. Several times a week production employees are involved in detail planning via whiteboard meetings. They are thus involved in optimizing the production and processing of orders in the most appropriate way in regards to the confirmed deadlines.
For new topics and major changes, in addition to the daily follow-up, a weekly systematic review of ongoing projects is held with the involved project participants. The planning is documented via digital tools.
FROM ARRIVAL OF RAW MATERIALS TO FINISHED PROCESSED PRODUCT
We offer customized agreements in regards to logistics and warehousing with min/max stocks, based on customer forecasts, so we can reduce delivery time and minimize switching costs by producing larger series.
Depending on the customer’s wishes, we provide and stock the raw materials or we handle the customer’s own materials in our production. We are able to support full traceability to material certificates if this is a requirement.
We’re also happy to act as a full-scale supplier, covering more processes than those we handle ourselves. In these cases, we involve very professional and skilled partners in the tasks.

Structure creates opportunity for improvement
For new items and major changes, a responsible project manager is appointed to steer the project safely to completion and to maintain ongoing contact with the customer.
Digital tools are utilized to track appointments and milestones, and a weekly project meeting is held for all project employees to follow up, exchange ideas, and collaborate across the team. The planner also participates to ensure that agreed deadlines with the customer are met.
In addition, all employees are involved in our improvement culture and participate in weekly improvement meetings across the organization. The areas of focus are: Safety & Health, Quality, Delivery Performance, Productivity & Costs, in order of priority.
We contribute in all parts of the process
Rynkeby Maskinfabrik offers full-scale solutions in many areas. We are happy to participate in the development process in order to provide input on machining options and identify process risks as early as possible in the process, thereby creating value for the customer.
In the main part of our projects, the development process is a collaboration between the customer and our technical department. If the customer needs resources for development work, we can offer engineering support through our skilled production technicians.
